1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

1.1 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, which are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.  

1.2 Custom Orders
All custom-made and personalized items, such as bespoke wedding décor and event essentials, are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process

2.1 Return Requests  
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. If you wish to return an item under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

2.2 Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth return process, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the product. This helps us verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

2.3 Inspection and Refund Processing 
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your account within 7 business days.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You can contact our customer support team with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.

3.2 Replacement or Refund Options
For damaged or defective products, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

3.3 Refund Method  
Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed to the original payment method. 

4. Order Cancellations

4.1 Cancellation Policy
Since all our products are made to order, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

5.1 Special Circumstances
In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made based on individual circumstances. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5.2 Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries 
If you provide an incorrect delivery address or refuse the delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
